Abstract:Erythema Nodosum Leprosum (ENL) is an acute and systemic inflammatory reaction of leprosy characterized by painful nodules and involvement of various organs. Thalidomide is an immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory drug currently used to treat conditions such as ENL and multiple myeloma (MM).
