Abstract:Single-anastomosis duodenal–ileal bypass with sleeve gastrectomy (SADI-S) has similar efficacy and lower complication rate in the treatment of morbid obesity and obesity-associated metabolic diseases compared with the biliopancreatic diversion with a duodenal switch.
