Abstract:A four-electrode system and high-voltage amplitude stimulation (with a voltage of more than 1 V) are always used for nonlinear spectroscopy of biological solutions like yeast suspension. Multiple studies indicate that yeast membrane activities are the primary source of the harmonics detected from yeast suspensions.
