Abstract: AimsThis study evaluated drug–drug interactions between the CYP3A4 inhibitor carotegrast methyl and the other CYP3A4 substrates, midazolam, atorvastatin and prednisolone.MethodsA total of 88 healthy volunteers orally received carotegrast methyl 960 mg 3 times daily for 14 days.
