In order to deal with transportation emergencies and improve emergency management capability, it is of great significance to scientifically evaluate emergency management capability for transportation emergencies. Game theory and fuzzy theory are introduced to construct a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of emergency management capability for transportation emergencies. Combination weight is calculated based on game theory, and membership degree is calculated using the whitening weight function. Case study is also conducted. The results show that emergency management capability of the city is generally average, and emergency legal system, emergency equipment, and emergency information platform have an impact on emergency management capability. Case study shows that the model is feasible and applicable in transportation emergency management capability evaluation, which provides support for improving transportation emergency management capability.
