Abstract:Propose
Leishmaniasis is a protozoan disease that caused by Leishmania spp. with wide spectrum of manifestations. Researchers are currently unable to control and treat different types of leishmaniasis and efficient vaccine and drug are not available. This study is aimed to assess the pathological aspects and drugs susceptibility of L. major which received antisense oligonucleotides (ASO) against HSP-70 and HIS-1 gene.
