Abstract: Mastitis is a serious and economically problem commonly prevalent in most dairy cattle and buffaloes herds. Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa) is opportunistic pathogens implicated in veterinary disorders including clinical mastitis in buffaloes.
