Evaluation of the synergistic haemolytic activity of phospholipase D produced by Corynebacteruim pseudotuberculosis

Abstract: Phospholipase D (PLD) is the major virulence factor in Corynebacteruim pseudotuberculosis that exhibit synergistic haemolysis (SH) of sheep blood cells in the presence of products from Rhodococcus equi.
