Abstract: ObjectivesTo evaluate the use, effectiveness and safety of tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) for chronic myelogenous leukaemia (CML) in clinical practice.MethodsA retrospective longitudinal study of patients with CML who received TKIs for at least 6 months was performed.
