Evaluation of traditional fish preservation method of Masmin from skipjack tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis) in Lakshadweep, India, with respect to nutritional and environmental perspectives

Abstract: Masmin preparation is a traditional method that has been practiced for many years to preserve skipjack tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis) mainly in Lakshadweep.
