Abstract:Introduction;
The timing of endorectal pull-through for Hirschsprung’s disease (HD) is controversial. Early endorectal pull-through avoids the occurrence of preoperative enterocolitis. However, delayed pull-through (≥31 days) enables postnatal maturation of the anal canal and sphincter complex.
