Evaluation of transverse dorsal lumbotomy in management of PUJ obstruction in patients younger than 6 months

Abstract: Objective: The transverse dorsal lumbotomy approach provides excellent exposure to the PUJ and causes minimal tissue damage. In this study, we assess the efficacy of dorsal lumbotomy in PUJ obstruction in children younger than 6 months.
