Evaluation Study of California's High Priority Schools Grant Program: Final Report

Abstract: This chapter provides an overview of the methodology for the study, including the conceptual framework that guided our instrument development and qualitative data analysis. The methodology for the student achievement analyses is presented in greater detail in Chapter 3.
