Evening Chronotype Is Associated With Metabolic Disorders and Body Composition in Middle-Aged Adults

Abstract: At the population level, evening chronotype was independently associated with diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and sarcopenia. These results support the importance of circadian rhythms in metabolic regulation.
