Evidence-Based Medicine: Modern Methods of Treating Migraine

Abstract

The article discusses the modern principles of treatment of migraine during a headache attack, as well as methods of preventive treatment based on the principles of evidence-based medicine. The main indications, methods of pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment of migraine, which have shown the highest efficiency in the preventive treatment of the disease, are discussed. The methods of behavioral and physical therapy, the use of therapeutic herbal medicine, minerals and vitamins in the prevention of migraine paroxysms are examined in detai
