“…I used to fix the mesh with -CN glue.One of the principle of the operation is minimizing mesh fixation without compromising the results (11). Now we consider that the fixation is not necessary, except the situation of suprapubic defect, when the mesh has to be fixed on the Cooper ligaments.…”
