Evidence for Protein Kinase C-Mediated Activation of Rho- Kinase in a Porcine Model of Coronary Artery Spasm

Abstract: Objective-We have recently demonstrated that protein kinase C (PKC) and Rho-kinase play important roles in coronary vasospasm in a porcine model.
