Evidence in Civil Law - Slovenia

Abstract: After obtaining her graduate diploma at the Faculty of Law University of Maribor she was selected for the position of young researcher to obtain PhD with the support of Technological research agency of Slovenia. She was awarded from ministry of economic development and technology for gaining her PhD and for contributing to the cooperation between scientific sphere and practice.
