Evidence of mechanoelectric feedback in the atria of patients with atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia

Abstract: In AVNRT patients, ventricular pacing and reentrant tachycardia significantly increase right atrial pressures and subsequently shorten ERP and MAPd90, leading to an enhanced propensity for AF.
