Evolution in time of L-fuzzy context sequences

Abstract: In this work, we consider a complete lattice L and we study L-fuzzy context sequences which represent the evolution in time of an L-fuzzy context. To carry out this study, in the first part of the paper, we consider n-ary OWA operators in complete lattices, which enable us to make a general analysis and a temporal analysis at any moment in time of L-fuzzy context sequences. After that, evolution in time of the relationship between the objects and the attributes is considered. In particular, we analyze the conc… Show more

“…Then f and g are both monotone and they satisfy x ≤ g(f (x)) and f (g(y)) ≤ y for all x ∈ P and y ∈ Q. Indeed, from (1) we easily obtain that f (x) ≤ f (x) implies x ≤ g(f (x)). Consequently, applying (1) again, the inequality…”

“…We are ready now to introduce a result that links pointwise aggregation to invariance properties. 3 Theorem 3. Let X be a set with at least two points and let T : (R X ) n → R X be an n-dimensional aggregation operator.…”

“…Since information fusion appears in almost every application, aggregation has become a crucial technique and it has generated a wide spread research field (see, for example [8,9,15]). From an applied point of view, aggregation functions have also been used for solving real-world problems, for example in fuzzy set theory ( [3,13]) or image processing ( [12,38,26]).…”

“…When the use of both orderings is interesting, WOWA operators [Torra (1998)] can be a good option. We have applied these operators to aggregate values in different situations ; Alcalde et al (2016); Burusco (2014, 2015b)]. Choquet integrals [Grabisch (1995)] are defined as a generalization of the previous ones when not only individual observations but also groups are relevant.…”
