Abstract:Low temperature (LT)-induced membrane lipid metabolism resulted in
different degrees of chilling injury (CI) in five different
chill-sensitive peach varieties. Among them, ‘Chibaifen’ peaches had the
most serious occurrence of CI and the strongest cold sensitivity by
having the largest up- and down-regulated numbers of phosphatidylcholine
(PC) and triacylglycerol (TAG) components and maintaining higher levels
