Evolutionary algorithms and automatic transcription of music

Abstract: The main problem behind Automatic Transcription (Multiple Fundamental Frequency -F0 -Estimation) relies on its complexity. Harmonic collision and partial overlapping create a frequency lattice that is almost impossible to deconstruct.
