Abstract:The effect of biochar filler (carbon particle) on the mechanical properties over the inter-laminar surfaces of basalt unidirectional fabric/polyester resin is going to be scrutinized using Mode II delamination method. The ENF (end notch flexure) specimen is fabricated using hand layup method. Here basalt fabric is synthesized using unsaturated polymer resin with the help of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide and cobalt naphthenate as a catalyst.
