“…Similarly, the analysis extends to the ANEP, showcasing a slightly more favorable age composition compared to MoSDT. However, concerns persist regarding the level of work experience and the need for a balanced distribution of skills [40,[43][44][45], particularly in sectors crucial for environmental governance [46][47][48][49][50][51][52]. The research delves into the possession of general professional skills among personnel [53][54][55], highlighting the importance of computer literacy [56][57][58] and foreign language proficiency [59][60][61] in the context of EU accession and international cooperation.…”

“…What is similar to the mentioned research, as well as numerous others, is the fact that certain attitudes are influenced by certain socio-demographic characteristics, i.e., gender, age, marital status, education, occupation, job, etc. (Bojičić, 2013;Cvetković & Jovanović, 2020). For example, in the research conducted by Cvetković and Filipović, it is realized that the perception of citizens' preparedness is influenced by gender, marital status, employment, and age, without being affected by education.…”

“…Some of the vital components of the of risk communication process are trust and credibility (Peters et al, 1997). The government and industry often lack the public trust, while other sources, such as consumer organizations, media, doctors and friends, are largely trusted (Frewer, Howard, Hedderley, & Shepherd, 1996;Cvetković, 2021;Cvetković, Adem, & Aleksandar, 2019;Cvetković & Grbić, 2021;Cvetković & Jovanović, 2020;Cvetković, Nikolić, Nenadić, Ocal, & Zečević, 2020). The greatest preparedness of individuals to follow recommended measures has been observed in the event when such information is received from their own social sphere (social media and direct contact with friends and the family) (Sansom et al, 2021).…”
