Examining a Resilience Mental Health App in Adolescents: Acceptability and Feasibility Study (Preprint)

Abstract: BACKGROUND Resilience is defined as the ability to rely on internal characteristics and external strengths to adapt to adverse events. Although universal resilience-enhancing programs are effective for adolescents, there is a need for interventions that are more easily accessible and can be customized for individual teens.
