Examining corruption prominence in SIDS – the curse and the cure for construction tender practices

Abstract: Purpose Business-to-government corruption has destroyed many businesses and debilitated numerous countries. The paradox of plenty, or the curse of resources, is exacerbated in emerging oil and gas economies, where corruption is rampant.
