Abstract:Introduction
A preventive approach to occupational health and safety management (OHSM) can improve working conditions, but more knowledge is needed on how this should be organised in practice. Here, we describe the development, validity and reliability of a questionnaire used to examine employers’ preventive OHSM within the Swedish welfare sector.
