Examining Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Counterproductive Work Behavior: A Moderated Mediated Model

Abstract: Despite various attempts to know the relationship between emotional intelligence (EI) and counterproductive work behavior (CWB), the findings are inconsistent and offer a varying degree of associations.
