Examining the Mediation of Job Satisfaction in the Relationship between Work Stress and Turnover Intention in Textile Company

Abstract: Objective – This study investigates the mediation role of job satisfaction in the relationship between work stress and turnover intention. A study about turnover intention in the textile company is still rarely done in Indonesia. This study can fill the gap regarding the topic.
