Excision of Thrombosed External Hemorrhoid Under Local Anesthesia

Abstract: Outpatient excision under local anesthesia of a thrombosed external hemorrhoid can be safely performed with a low recurrence and complication rate while offering a high level of patient of acceptance and satisfaction.
