Exclusive enteral nutrition in Crohn's disease: Evidence and practicalities

Abstract: Exclusive enteral nutrition (EEN) is the first line therapy for paediatric Crohn's disease, providing a complete nutritional feed whilst simultaneously inducing remission in up to 80% of cases.
