Abstract:A faith-based healthcare system implemented a Leadership as Wholeness formation program, including a spiritual formation curriculum described here. The spiritual formation curriculum intends to connect leaders with their purpose and identity to ensure mission stability in the organizational culture, now and in the future. More research must be done to understand how, or even if, these types of programs make a meaningful difference in organizational mission initiatives and workforce stability.
