Objective Explore health coach technology application on perimenopausal women community health education effect, evaluation of perimenopausal symptoms, life quality and self management ability, and the influence of health education service satisfaction. Methods From June to December 2022, two community health service stations in Yinchuan City, Ningxia, China were selected by convenient sampling method. They were divided into the control group and the intervention group by lottery method, and 56 perimenopausal women were randomly selected as participants in each group. Control group adopted the conventional health education model, and Intervention group adopted the health education model based on health coaching technology on the basis of the control group. The intervention period of both groups was 6 months. And prior to the intervention and intervention 6 months respectively after modified Kupperman rating scale, quality of life scale, perimenopausal perimenopausal self-management questionnaire and customer satisfaction scale to compare two groups of perimenopausal women the severity of the common clinical physical and psychological symptoms, quality of life level, self-management ability and health education service satisfaction. Results After 6 months of intervention, the modified Kupperman score and quality of life score of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group and before the intervention, and the scores of self-management ability and health education service satisfaction were higher than those of the control group and before the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Health education based on health coaching technology can effectively improve the perimenopausal symptoms and quality of life of perimenopausal women in the community, and significantly improve their self-management ability and health education service satisfaction.
