Abstract:Exergames" refers to virtual reality games that require bodily movement to play. They have recently been studied as a possible non-drug therapy for fibromyalgia, as they can help improve blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen consumption and energy expenditure, in addition to the psychotherapeutic impact of virtual reality.
