Exertional Heat Stroke: A Lucky Bunch of Overly Motivated Policemen!

Abstract: Exertional heat stroke is a true medical emergency resulting from thermoregulatory failure. The risk of death is related directly to the peak temperature, duration of exposure and acclimatisation period.
