Abstract:Twenty cucumber varieties were evaluated for resistance to Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) under greenhouse and field conditions. CMV disease severity was recorded with a disease rating scale and CMV was detected with Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay.
