Exopolysaccharides from Klebsiella oxytoca: anti-inflammatory activity

Abstract: Exopolysaccharides (EPS) produced by Klebsiella oxytoca are of environmental, pharmaceutical, and medicinal interest. However, studies about the anti-inflammatory activity of EPS produced by this microorganism still remain limited.
