Abstract: Background: Osteoporosis is the most common bone metabolic disease. Emerging evidence suggests that exosomes are secreted by diverse cells such as bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs), and play important role in cell-to-cell communication and tissue homeostasis.
