Abstract:Amphiphilic diblock copolymer (PMPC-PBMA) composed of biocompatible water-soluble poly(2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine) (PMPC) and hydrophobic poly(n-butyl methacrylate) (PBMA) was synthesized via reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) radical polymerization.
