The development of the learning model is now a trend in learning innovation. These innovations need to answer every challenge in education. This article aims to: 1) describe the syntax of court-session based learning, 2) analyze the philosophical foundation of court-session based learning, and 3) analyze the theoretical framework of court-session based learning. The method used in this study is library research. Based on the findings, this learning model has a syntax that adapts the implementation of the court session. The division of students is carried out based on the role of each group (Team of Judge, Team of Defendant, Team of Lawyer, and Team of Prosecutor). The philosophical foundation of this learning model is through the paradigm of constructivists Jean Piaget and Vygotsky. This learning models use constructivism theory for the rationale. Pengembangan model pembelajaran saat ini menjadi tren dalam inovasi pembelajaran. Inovasi ini perlu dialkukan untuk menjawab setiap tantangan dalam pendidikan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan sintak model pembelajaran pola sidang pengadilan, 2) menguraikan landasan filosofis, dan 3) landasan teoretis dari model pembelajaran pola sidang pengadilan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa model pembelajaran ini memiliki sintak yang mengadaptasi pelaksanaan sidang pengadilan. Pembagian kelompok peserta didik dilakukan berdasarkan peran kelompok masing-masing (Tim Hakim, Tim Terdakwa, Tim Pengacara, dan Tim Jaksa Penuntut Umum). landasan filosofis dari model pembelajaran ini adalah berdasarkan paradigma konstruktivistik Jean Piaget dan Vygotsky. Teori belajar yang dignakan juga menggunakan konstruktivisme.

This study aims to analyze the development and effectiveness of mobile-based sequences and a series of digital learning materials through a blended learning model for students’ mathematical literacy. This research is Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) model development research with the mixed method, the convergent parallel design. The population was from class X State Vocational School (SMK) in Majalengka, Indonesia, with a sample of 36 students of class X SMK. The instruments used were validation sheets, questionnaires, and tests of mathematical literacy skills. The results of this study indicate that: 1) mobile-based digital learning materials through blended learning models are oriented towards students’ mathematical literacy skills, including appropriate use; 2) the implementation of blended learning in the use of digital materials with mobile-based sequences and series materials oriented towards mathematical literacy has great effectiveness; and 3) students’ mathematical literacy using mobile-based digital learning materials in blended learning is in the moderate category.

Digital literacy is a multidimensional concept that encompasses a complex integration of knowledge, skills, attitudes, and cognition dimensions, which gains increased attention in the context of higher education. The objective of this study is to analyze the scientific production of digital literacy in higher education from 2012 to 2021 based on the Scopus database, and reveal the current research trends on this subject. To this end, a bibliometric study was carried out, which first investigated some variables that addressed different features, from the distribution of publications to the most productive countries/regions and the prolific publication venues, and continued with the analysis of the authors and the keywords co-occurrence through VOSviewer software. The results show that the most frequently explored themes in the area of digital literacy can be detected, which focused on the integration of digital technology, ontology research and the educational practices of digital literacy, and the effectiveness evaluation of digital literacy in the time of the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings of this study are beneficial for researchers to gain a comprehensive understanding of digital literacy in the domain of higher education, and provide new directions for future research.
