Expatriate managers' personal financial insecurity indirectly thwarts team innovation: The role of state learning goal orientation

Abstract: This paper studies the downstream effect of expatriate managers' personal financial insecurity on team innovation. Building on resource allocation theory, we propose a moderated serial mediation model.
