Experience of the Successful Using of Vacuum Therapy in the Treatment of Gastric Leak After Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy: Case Report

Abstract: Gastric leak is the most dangerous postoperative complication of laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy. Traditional surgical treatment options and endoscopic stent placement are not always successful.
