Experiences of Policing in Gentrifying Neighborhoods: Evidence From Chicago

Abstract: Do patterns of unequal policing persist or transform within gentrifying neighborhoods? Using an original survey of Chicago residents, we assess whether gentrifiers and longtime residents experience policing differently.
