Experiential learning theory and hybrid entrepreneurship: factors influencing the transition to full-time entrepreneurship

Abstract: PurposeThrough the lens of experiential learning theory, this conceptual paper examines the factors influencing the likelihood of transitioning from hybrid to full-time entrepreneurship.
