Abstract:In optical flow research mobility estimation and Mobility Direction (MD) are important issues. Several noisy measurements are needed to construct a reliable optical flow models. We apply the Adaptive-Lorentzian, A-L, norm influence function to the Geographical Interaction (GI) optical flow model to achieve accurate models of optical flow with outlier tolerances. We used simulation experiments to verify higher outlier tolerance with GI optical flow's MD in Non-Gaussian Noise (NGN) when they are applied over sim… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
