Experimental comparison of FBARs and SMRs responsitivities to mass loadings

Abstract: -The utilisation of thin film technology to develop film bulk acoustic resonators (FBARs) and solidly mounted resonators (SMRs), offers great potential to outperform the sensitivity and minimum detection limit of gravimetric sensors.
