“…There have been a number of studies that have conducted a series of experiments on the effect of local heat sensation on whole heat sensation [79] , [80] , [81] , [82] , [83] . Zhang [79] found in the study that as the gap between the local thermal sensation of the site and the thermal sensation of the whole body increased, the weight of the influence of the site on the sensation of the whole body increased linearly.…”

“…Comparing the energy consumption of the used techniques showed that the heated clothing consumes significantly less than the other strategies. Study 19 [39] on the recently developed Embr Wave wristband showed that this low-power device can improve the whole body thermal sensation, thermal comfort and pleasantness with 0.5 to 1 scale unit, which corresponds with an ambient temperature increase of 2-3 • C. In study 23 [42], different combinations of radiant heating and heated clothing were tested at 13 • C and 15 • C. It was found that personal heating can effectively provide thermal comfort to the occupants and that direct clothing heating is much more efficient in providing comfort.…”

“…Better comfort perceived by the user can benefit the overall user acceptance of collaborative robots from a user perspective [ 9 ]. The comfort of humans plays such a critical role that it not only affects user acceptance but also has a significant impact on the efficiency of manufacturing [ 10 , 11 , 12 ]. Therefore, this paper gives a review of human comfort in HRC including the influential factors of human comfort, measurement of human comfort, and improvement approaches of human comfort.…”
