Experimental Demonstration of Double-Negative Metamaterials Partially Filled in a Circular Waveguide

Abstract: Abstract-We have studied a new type of double-negative metamaterials (DNMs) composed of split ring resonators (SRRs) and wire strips with substrate teflon, suitable for generation of reversed Cherenkov radiation (RCR) which is TM radiation.
