Experimental Evaluation of Methods of Pedestrian Traffic Measurement Using Subtraction Stereo

Abstract: In this paper, we report the results of experimental evaluation for methods of pedestrian traffic measurement at the festival held in Tatebayashi, Gunma prefecture. To measure pedestrian traffics, which include the direction and the number of pedestrian, we have already proposed two types of measuring methods based on subtraction stereo.
