Abstract:The results of experimental investigations of the effect of high-intensity pulsed UV radiation on reference strains of opportunistic pathogens S, aureus and E. coli are presented. The modified pulse UV sterilizer MПК-300-3 based on an end-face plasma accelerator was used as a radiation source, which provides a power pulsed discharge in an open atmosphere.
